Sunday evening we decided to throw the kids in the car and drive up to Silver Lake. We didn't realize it was going to be 20 degrees cooler up there. It was cold in the shade, but really nice in the sun. There is a boardwalk all around the lake and little short cuts you can take. It was such a beatiful day and we had fun just hanging out as a family.
We found a mother duck with 6 ducklings.
Two out of three cooperating for a picture. We were laughing because Andrew had just slipped into the lake. Good thing was he only got one foot wet!!
I love these two. In a lot of ways they are two of a kind!
This squirrel was patient enough to wait until I got a good picture of him.
